Hi,
I was recently told that I had ingested some poison. Someone suggested that I do a Colon Cleanse and then they gave me something to remove some arsenic out of my system. I had problems with my liver, skin and kidneys and I was really ill a couple weeks ago and I am slowly returning my strength. My liver still aches me and I was wondering what can I do? Can I do a Colon Cleanse and a liver cleanse at the same time? Please help me with this. I am in some trouble.. I have arsenic deposits coming out of my skin. Thanks.

Yes you can do both. Start with bowelcleanse and after a few days do the liverflush.
