Hello Dr. Lam,
I am a 29 y/o female. I have adrenal fatigue. I tend to be stimulated VERY easily. I avoid caffeine because I always feel like I'm going to have a heart attack. Just eating a peice of cake causes my heart to race and I become very stimulated. I am unable to eat a large carbohydrate meal due to feeling too stimulated. Some supplements make my heart race.
I have heart palpitations every single morning for hours, upon waking.
I also am thyroidless, and am taking synthroid. Due to my adrenal fatigue, my thyroid levels keep fluctuating. I have tried natural thyroid (like armour) but due to weak adrenals, it stimulates me too much. Usually after taking my synthroid, my heart will pound and race for a few hours before it eventually calms down.
I am totally unable to exercise. Exercise makes my heart flutter and I feel like it just isn't compatible with my body. Despite the fact that I used to be a heavy exerciser.
I have extremely low blood pressure (82/50). I also have very low hormone levels (especially estrogen! VERY LOW ESTROGEN)
Dr Lam, are your supplements stimulating?? I want to try your LipoNano-C, Quantum C, C support, and Pandrenal in hopes of getting well. I know that you suggest taking all of these supplements, am I correct? I know the average doses, but, since I am sooooo sensitive and EASILY become stimulated, what doses of these supplements would you suggest?? Any other supplements that you would suggest to me?
Thank you!
