MoreHi,
How amny people feel really bad and throw up the night during the Liver Flush? Is it a common thing? I've done Liver Flushes in the past and feeling sick and throwing up during the middl e of the night is the mian reason that puts me off liver flushing. .. It just doesn't seem normal. Are there people who can do Liver Flushes time after time without feeling sick during the night?- Re: Liver Flush and being sick braindamage

This is a reply to # 1,654,965my experience with vomiting is that the liver is clogged up. Instead of pushing everything down it pushes everything back up, because the liver is full of "bad" stuff.
you can try an alternative flush:
take Epsom at 6 and drink the potion with only 1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive oil at 8, then at 10 drink Epsom again.
Or you can do a clark flush but do a Water Fast 2 day's before. If that is too hard you can fast with fruits.

Andreas Moritz says vomiting and feeling sick happens very rarely, mostly in people who don't do any colon cleansing beforehand. Food in the bowels tends to push the oil mixture back into the stomach. He says there's a good remedy for nausea during the night: take either 2 Tbsp. Aloe Vera juice or a HCL tablet. This, he says, closes the esophagus sphincter and the nausea vanishes. Keeping the head higher than the abdomen also helps. If the grapefruit juice tends to make you nauseous, using lemon and orange juice in equal amounts works just as well. I have read some horror stories about people making themselves extrememly sick..worse than this..
and I cannot bring myself to do it...
I was given the coke flush to do..but I still cant do it.
I think it is my body's way of saying its TOO MUCH FOR YOU. I have AF and have been sick a long time.

I'm thinking also maybe the Epsom Salts don't help at all in this. They taste absolutely disgusting and by the time I've drunk the 4th lot to be honest I feel half sick anyway! I was thinking using those liver tinctures from SensibleHealth that people from here use a lot in preperation for the flush to decongest the liver and soften the stones first (gold coin grass and chinese bitters). This way I could leave out the Epsom Salts . Has many people had a good flush doing it this way? Maybe I wouldn't feel sick after taking the oil drink, unless it is solely the oil that is making my sick and nothing to do with the Epsom Salts ...Advertisement

This is a reply to # 1,655,481Look under Dr.Kelley's flush he said you can take Alka Seltzer GOLD. My first few flushes I had a glass next to my bed but I never needed it.
I used to take 1 tsp ES the 2 nights before or sometimes Oxypowder , so my colon would be clean.
