Hello,

I ordered the humaworm formula with the candida and fungi cleanse formula...

I notice all the ingrediants that are in the Candida and Fungi cleanse formula are in the Humaworm formula.

So should I take them together? Or one after another?

Also I notice theres a lot of garlic in both formulas...

This is what I'm most worried about. I'm all for the die-off .etc, but will I be able to speak to people or will I just totally stink of garlic?

I've got some wheatgrass powder that I could drink to offset the smell..
