Well, I took the epsom salt and grapefruit juice at 6:15......and it was GOOD!! At 7:15 I started having diarrhea and am still having it, and it's 8:00! I'm getting ready to take my 2nd dose. Will the diarrhea stop by 10 when I have to go to bed?

This is a reply to # 165,252It usually starts dying down by bedtime for me. Just remember, if you have to go during the night, do so...never hold it.

I'm doing the flush tonight too! I have been researching and read that you should take 1 tablet of HCI if you get queasy from the oil.

It really didn't taste bad? That's what I am worried about.
I am doing mine tomorrow. I had planned on doing it today but forgot about no fat today so ruined that at breakfast. I got my epson salts, grapefruit, olive oil. I am ready to go!

MoreThis is a reply to # 165,258According to Dr.Kelley's flush you can use Alka Selther GOLD (no apirin) during the night if you feel nauseous. I used to have it next to my bed and would sip it, but when you are use to flushing it is just another day in your life and you don't use that stuff anymore. I just take an altoid after I drink the OO (Olive-Oil) and just let it melt in my mouth.
