Hi all,
I had a lot of pain in the right side of my body: head, skull, jaw, temple, ear, neck, shoulder, arm, chest, thorax, lumbars, hip, buttock, thigh, groin since around 10 years now. I have dewormed,LF'ed, exercised, improved diet and my health has naturally improved a lot.
I feel I have reached a threshold of what is in my hands to do. This means I need to tackle what is left: I have worked very hard into strenghthening the muscles and I know I have suceeded: I manage my pain much better now, and feel on top of it instead of under it.
This has cleared my vision of what the root/remaining of the problem is: what is still there as the first day is the pain in between 2 thoracic vertebrae the 4th and the 5th I belive (1st one for me is the one very prominent), mainly on the right side, and also on the 4th vertebrae itself. I think I have been under so much pain that I am numb to it, so I filter this pain out when I move around. My brain dictated that I am allowed to only feel it when I press on those spots (lightly, not very hard). But if I sit for too long I think it gets irritated and triggers all the muscles on my right side to go into spams and feel painful all the areas above mentioned -well, this is what I "read" to myself at bed every nite to doze me into sleep. In fact it seems like if the 4th vertebrae (in my numeric system of vertebraes, not sure it is the canonical) is bigger than the 3rd & 5th.
Does anyone have a hint on what this pain means -foramen, nerves pinched, tendons? and how to tackle it? Intuitively I feel vertebrae should follow a size progression, but could the "bigness" of the 4th be meaningless of shall I take it into account into the equation? What can cause a bigger (& painful) vertebrae and a painful in between vertebrae space? Does my fairytale makes any sense in the world of the adults?
I thank you in advance for your comments and help on this.
