I just started on a lyme protocol. The protocol includes 4 different herbals formulas: 1 for muscle relaxatation, 1 for liver support, 1 which is a Teasel formula and 1 herbal lyme formula. Is it ok to take HW with these other herbal formulas and if so, should I separate it from the other herbs and how far apart? Thanks.
