As I wrote above, "I did Genova Diagnostics stool test". This showed the presence of yeast
Candida yeast is a normal inhabitant of everyone's colon. It is when it goes fungal that it is a real issue.
and bad bacterias.
My anti fungal is fluconazole. No idea how good it is. For my antibiotic, the prescription was sent to the pharmacy and I havent picked it up yet so I dont know what kind the doc prescribed.
Antibiotics can make Candida go fungal by killing off the beneficial acid forming Lactobacillus bacteria.
I have too much intestinal yeast, and bad bacterias like klebsiella oxytoca.
These would be from a lack of beneficial intestinal flora that produce acids and bacteriocides that keep these under control.
I even get bloated from drinking water. Fart like a reactor.
Bloating and gas like this are generally from a lack of stomach acid and intestinal flora leading to increased fermentation.
Don't digest fats well.
You need sufficient bile to digest fats properly.
Many, many other symptoms. I started fasting/juicing to reduce stress on my GI tract, and since then i lost a lot of hunger.
This summer I want to get my GI tract top shape, at all costs.
So what's the best plan for optimal GI tract health? Have anyone used the "3-R" method? Sometimes it actually takes 4 R like
[quote]
1. Remove: Remove toxins, allergens and harmful organisms with an elimination diet and detoxification protocol.
2. Replace: Replacement of digestive enzymes and other factors until the patient's GI complaints can be normalized.
Using substitute enzymes over a length of time will shut down the body's production. A better way to deal with this is with digestive bitters to increase your enzyme release, stomach acid and bile secretion. The bitters will also detoxify the liver. Recommended dose is a half a dropper full 3 times daily around meals. You only need to squirt the bitters on the tongue. They will make contact with the bitter receptors on the back of the tongue when you swallow them. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day when using bitters.
3. Reinoculate: Reinoculate the gut with beneficial probiotics and prebiotics to reestablish microflora balance.
Definitely. This is one of the most important things you can do. Kefir, kombucha and cultured foods are all good for replacing some of the bacterial strains. You will need to also feed them though. I prefer rice bran or oat bran for this since they are both "soft" fibers and they are rich in B vitamins the liver needs to detoxify substances and that are needed for stomach acid formation.
4. Repair: For full healing of the intestinal mucosa, repairing gut integrity is essential.
Restoring the flora will do this.
This includes reducing inflammation, providing nutrients for GI cell growth, and strengthening liver and immune function.

Licorice root and yucca root can be added to help build the flora and immune system, to reduce inflammation and to cut down on the fermentation.
1. I did Genova Diagnostics stool test, and I'm taking a pharmaceutial anti-fungal
I don't believe in using pharmaceutical antifungals. First of all they are not safe. And secondly they do not correct the problem. Candida is a normal part of the body. You are never going to eradicate it from the body. The most the drugs will do is to temporarily knock the levels back. If you do not change the terrain that it is growing in that caused the overgrowth in the first place it is just going to rebound on you.
plus cut the refined carbs plus taking CandiZyme.
This is something else that makes absolutely no sense. Products like these contain the enzymes cellulase and hemicellulase, which break down cellulose and hemicellulose in to sugars that feed the Candida. Even though the enzymes help digest some of the Candida it is digesting the Candida in to sugars that are just going to feed the surviving Candida again causing a rebound reaction. And if taken anywhere near the fibers you need to feed the flora these fibers are going to be digested in to sugars as well. So you would be feeding the Candida and starving the flora you need to build up.
I will also run a course of a broad spectrum gut antimicrobial agent.
If they are broad spectrum then they are likely killing off your flora again, which is the most important thing to build if you want to get the Candida back under control.
I'm detoxifying (following the 7-Day Detox Miracle plan) and gonna add Immunocal or ImmunoPro.
From what I see the Immunopro is very expensive whey protein. They are promoting the product by claiming the content of immunoglobulins. What they are not stating is the fact that after the age of two you can no longer absorb immunoglobulins from the digestive tract. So they are digested just like any other protein source.
Already got some psyllium husk.
Psyllium is hard on the intestines, which is not good if you already have intestinal inflammation. It is also well known for causing bloating. Again you are better off with rice bran or oat bran.
All my life I had some mild symptoms of food/additives/chemical sensitivities, but I dont know to what. So I also plan to do a rotation diet (elimination diet) but I'll need to do it really well because I dont think any food will give me a clear no bueno. Is there a good protocol out there to do a full food/additives elimination diet?
The sensitivities come from adrenal dysfunction, which produce your anti-allergenic and immune modulating epinephrine and corticosteroids. Weak adrenals will also suppress the immune system and increase inflammatory responses. Therefore I highly recommend you focus on your adrenals:

I already tested foods for IgE and IgG, but I dont know what to think of the result. Like I had IgE response to eggwhites and IgG response to yokes, but I have a hard time thinking that I could genetically be intolerant to eggs (seems strange to me from an evolution point of view). Could these the modulated by factors like gut flora and so on?
Egg allergies are actually pretty common. But allergies can come and go depending on what shape the adrenals are in. So again it is recommended you focus on your adrenals.
2. I bought digestive enzymes + betaine HCL from Twinlab.
Again enzymes are not a good idea long term. And many still contain cellulase and hemicellulase that will end up providing food for the Candida and starving the flora.
I can take 5-6 caps of it with a simple meal of mostly veggies and still feel no acidity whatsoever.
Raw apple cider vinegar would be a better choice since it also provides nutrients you will be needing to produce your own stomach acid.
Got some cathartics and a Colon Cleanse if needed.
If you do use these don't use them for more than a week straight to prevent developing a laxative dependence.
Have people had success with colostrum or other food/supplements?
I am not a fan of the over hyped colostrum either:

http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1458064#i
But there are things that can help. The primary goal should be to restore stomach acidity and the intestinal flora to get the Candida back under control.
3.I got Dandelion root for the inulin, and a good probiotic (L bifidus + L acidofilus + FOS). Thinking of trying Jerusalem artichokes. Anyone tried e coli strain Nissle 1917?
4. For now I'm juicing on veggies, thinking of adding glutamine and raw rice proteins or something like that at some point. What about inflammation? Turmeric (circumin)?
Licorice root and yucca root would be better choices. These are strong steroidal anti-inflammatories, help to build the flora and the adrenals and the yucca reduces fermentation. Licorice root also helps support the liver. If you want though you can take some turmeric along with these, they will not adversely interact.
For liver there is stuff in my detox plan, like milk thistle, NAC, ALA, vitamin A, C & E, etc. Beside the undenatured proteins stated above, what else for immune function?
The immune system is not a singular thing but rather a lot of different things. Building up your adrenals and your flora is going to do more for your immunity than anything else. And some of the herbs you use for this will also help the immune system in other ways. For example amla will also raise SOD levels, and licorice root elevates interferon levels.
By the way, don't go overboard on the A and E. I recommend no more than 10,000IU of A and 400IU of E daily.
Anything I'm missing? I was told you like TMG, zinc, B vits, etc. They are already on my list.
TMG, zinc and B vitamins will help with your stomach acid formation and immune system. Zinc is also kills Candida, but don't exceed 50mg daily since high doses suppress immunity. So these are definitely recommended along with probiotics, rice or oat bran, raw apple cider vinegar for a while until you produce your own stomach acid and build up your adrenals.
Should I run the full ALCAT food/additives and chemical sensitivities test? it's expensive..
Why? All it will do is tell you what are allergies are to. It is not going to address what is causing the allergies, which is weak adrenal function.
Finally I have a bag of l-lysine HCl at home and never felt increased acidity from it, i wonder why betaine HCl would be different?
Lysine HCL is not going to do much of anything for the issues you mentioned. Betaine HCl is ok, but I still think raw apple cider vinegar is a better choice since it will provide you with more nutrition including things needed for stomach acid formation.
