Hello,
I am trying to somehow approach to my joint problems with home remedies. With medicines I have not got much luck except that I survive with anti-pain tablets.
On the other way I am dealing with ginecological problems but it seems regular treatment with wheatgrass juice and vegetable juices resulted in positive results at physician.
So my whish to approach to the next step : to joint problems.
I am wondering about many approaches:
- home remedies with adapted daily food style living
( removal of food that could cause symptoms - vegetarian or
vegan ? )
- home remedies with normal food style
- home remedies with included regular fastings
Would fasting do any good that has enough success?
Fasts based on vegetable juices or wheatgrass juice
dilluted in some fruit juice or alone ?
- home remedies with supplements ( super food )?
My question is about the omega-3 source.
Omega-3 as remedy against the inflammation ?
Does anybody have any succes with regular ingestion of
chia seeds?
How to prepare chia seeds so that I am sure there is no risk of oxidizing unsaturated fats?
Grinding seeds and then soaking and ingesting in jello form with or without any other supplement - in juice or in smothie or in yhogurt ? Would that destroy unsaturated oil
( omega-3/omega-6 )?
