What oils are good for getting rid of a white-coated tongue? I very recently started OP'ing again, after months of not doing it.
I OP'ed earlier today with a mixture of soybean oil and canola oil (which was all I had in my cupboard)

This is a reply to # 1,641,239My mouth is also dry. Water helps, but only temporarily. I'll definitely cut down on the amount of sugar I consume and continue to OP.
