Lisa,
By no means is it my first flush. =) It's the first in the series I plan to do. The last time I started, I didn't get to follow through until I hit clean. I only got to do the flushes for a few months. Right now, if you figure the one I just did was about 250, even 200 on the low side, I'm probably somewhere around 1600 total. And I've got a LONG way to go. And I'm around 6, maybe 7 flushes total. But this last one is the first one in a year or so.
I have a very congested liver. I've been on medication of some sort for 20 some odd years. It's to the point where (not surprisingly) it is causing some serious issues with the function of my spleen. Aside from all of the medications I'm pretty healthy as far as lifestyle. Don't get me wrong, I could probably lose 10
pounds but my diet is quite clean, I exercise often, my stress levels are pretty low (most days! ha ha) - the spiritual aspect isn't doing too well, but then again I have (what I consider) an awful lot of emotional baggage (my poor liver!). But I'm making headway in that department.
I had almost forgotten just how nasty the basic
Liver Flush is. I think I have a much harder time with the salts than I do with the oil. I've always just taken the salts in the water, though - and when I was doing the flushes before I'd mix the oil with grapefruit juice (oh it makes a HUGE difference). I'm thinking about trying the salts in the apple juice on the next flush. Ugh. Just knowing I have to drink the salts makes me feel ill. =) I'm also thinking about maybe in a month or so trying the power
Liver Flush - where it's a larger amount of oil taken in small doses several times over a few hours. I'm curious to see what that would get me.
But yeah, I figure when all is said and done, my stone count will easily be well into the thousands. I don't count for the sole purpose of keeping track, just out of curiosity. And just what floats. So who knows where I'm really at. But I've had a flush or two where it was almost entirely chaff and/or stagnant bile and if I'm remembering right, those were more relief than any that produced stones. If only someone could figure out how to make it taste good. =)
But it's worth it.
