I started at 5'4 & 110-113
pounds (50 kilos) & I've done 17 flushes and went down to 84 pounds(38 kilos). Now I'm 97
pounds (48 kilos) and I've done it eating a lot of almonds. They have 10 calories per almond and in one meal, you could potentially eat 500+ or even 1,000 calories since you're a male and still feel a little hungry. They are smaller than you think and aren't that filling. I also take coconut oil to help my skin & remove toxins. It's got 120 calores per tbsp and I've taken 1 1/2 each morning and night. Plus I eat 4 times a day. I've been putting weight on fast like this considering I've always had a hard time gaining weight. Both of these things are also very good for you. Just add raw almonds to the side of your other dishes...like 25 of them..
You also might want to get a juicer. It's easier to drink more calories than it is to eat them. Plus you get an added bonus because when the food is juiced--your digestive system only has to do a fraction of the work to process the food = ) There is a
juicing forum and also a coconut oil forum in Curezone.
I've read that a lot of people lose weight cutting out complex carbohydrates: bread, pasta, potatoes, etc....If you cannot eat these things due to poor health, try eating bananas...They have it. I mix mine in my juicer with other fruit. I actually do eat red potatoes. I cook them in olive oil, with
Sea Salt and cayanne pepper. They are fantastic and have 250 calories per potato. I must have a big stomach because I can eat 5 of these and still be hungry. Good luck! = )
