Yes you can! I use only one tablespoon two hours before I take the OO+Juice and my flushes are always successful ones. After taking the oil I never have ES again. Some flush recipes are against the use of ES. So, it is not a MUST, really!

Hi Lisag,

I cut ES down to 1/3 (3 teespoons to 3 cups of water) and Liver-Flush worked as well as with recommended 3 tablespoons. I am 86KG (190lb).
The main purpose is to move those stones out of Your body as quickly as possible, when they enter Your digestive track.
Some other laxative like senna tea will do that, if You want to cut down ES.

Experiment with lesser amount and You will see how it works.
