I don't see any problems with it. Basically they are making something like the electrolyte packs or electrolyte drinks you buy in the store, but without the garbage like lots of sugar.
Electrolytes are very important for the body, and really come in handy if you are exercising hard or sweating a lot. This is also good for people that have been vomiting a lot or have diarrhea since these can deplete electrolytes.
Several years ago this subject came up too with all the positives, so I tried it.
I must say I have tried a lot of things over the years and some I still do but the sole is not one of them.
For some reason it was not what my body needed, I just did not feel right.
If your adrenals were out of whack that could have been a problem. The adrenals regulate salt balance in the body. Kidney issues and some medications can also contribute to problems with salts.
