I am about to finish my first round of humaworm, and was wondering if it is absolutely necessary to do the liver flush afterwards, or will the liver eventually cleanse itself if I do the bowel cleanse and the liver cleanse. Thanks.

Also, do the organ cleanses have to be done in the order recommended on your website?
