Thanks. Yes i do get quite weak, especially because i lay down as much as possible and i believe this makes me weaker because it enables stronger detox.
The past 14 months i have been on a mission with excellent health as my goal (healthful diet, intense cardio, resistance training and periodic fasts), and with the exception of a heart that i badly damaged (with one intense run out of 200 where i exceeded max capacity) i consider myself to be sensationally healthy. In the past 14 months i have fasted 10 days, 30, 30, and currently 20.5 and growing, each moving towards the ultimate goal of eliminating all toxemia from my body. Over the years i have done about 25 fasts of about 7-8 days with 14 being the longest until this past year.
