Dr Jeff,
I've already completed the plan once before, I finished at the end of January. At that point I developed a jaw infection and had 7 days of amoxicillin and 7 days of clindamycin. Now my symptoms are worse than they were before I started the plan (I was feeling much much better by week 9 of the plan).
I got a full GI test from metametrix and it indicates I have too low bacteroides sp (1.8) and bifidobacter sp (2.3). My Clostridia sp is very high(3.3), as is prevotella sp.(4.8) and eschericia coli (7.7).
The yeast/Fungi is +3 indicating 10000 pg DNA/g specimen but the taxonomy is unavailable. (They do test for candida). I was positive for parasites but also taxonomy unavailable. The rest of the results are within range. I was wondering if you could help me with a few questions.
1) Are you familiar with Metametrix's testing and do you like it? My anti-gliadin sIgA was <1 does this mean I don't have to worry about gluten whatsoever?
2) I was thinking of doing the plan but adding Sarchmyces Boullardi in because I read it is good at combatting Clostridia sp. overgrowths. Also I wanted to add in bile salts as I have a prevotella overgrowh. Does this sound reasonable to you? Is there anything I can do to encourage bacteriodes sp growth? Also to control the eschericia coli overgrowth?
3) For the parasites, can I use argisept-L and Morinda supreme in the first 8 weeks of the plan? Would it help to add the curezone.com parasite protocol as well? (Wormwood, Black Walnut, and cloves?
4) I've been seeing a homeopathic doctor who administers IV treatments. (Blood UV ozone, Vit C drips, alkaline drips, glutathione drips etc). She has me getting the genova parasite test and I did blood cultures with sensitivities. She also recommended I start taking Regulat. (http://www.regulat.net/). Are you familiar with Regulat and do you have any thoughts on it? Also are you familiar with these type of drip treatments and are there any you would recommend specifically?
