Just keep moving...
I find my worst days are the ones that I let the fatigue, and numbness, and muscle weakness win, and I lay around.... everything gets so much worse when I just lay around. I cant even sleep in anymore because I just feel worse upon waking. It seems like once I get up, and get moving, I feel way more normal by lunchtime... I still struggle, and still have issues, but just keep moving forward is my best advice.
