I was too thin as a child and wasn't very healthy, either. I didn't weigh enough to give blood until I was 22, I think. Other kids could give blood in H.S. but they just sent me back to class.
During the first few cycles of IP, like mid November to February, I was primarily wearing drawstring pants and big shirts to hide how small I'd become (like I can hide that from my man that knows me better in ways than I know myself- lol). For Christmas, a girlfriend brought me a lovely wrapped gift. I hadn't gotten her anything and felt a little small for it - I apologized and she said when I opened it - I'd understand why she'd gotten it for me. It was a pair of jeans. Now - how many of you could purchase a pair of jeans for another woman and have them fit or feel confident they'd fit her? Not me, Jack. They fit perfectly. They were a size 2.
Wow.
I was flattered and I cried. She lovingly said that she saw them in the store and they looked like they'd fit where my body was right then and she didn't even look at the size. Wow. That's some love right there.
Kim Kardashian never saw the day as far as backside goes. I have the (had) biggest butt of any white-ish girl I've ever known. I used to be so embarrassed about it when I was younger, got taunted, but ya know - when ya get down so small while healing - you learn to realize just how great those original curves were.
Last Spring, when I reached out to Unyquity for help, I was ballooning for such a short person. I'd gotten up to 137lbs and it wasn't healthy weight. I knew something was wrong if I was getting above 125 lbs for how short I am. Nothing fit, everything was constricting. With primarily juice and heavy therapeutic amounts of bowel cleansing, at the start of the IP in November, I was down to 94
lbs. The man was a little scared and Unyquity reassured him over the phone many times that I'd be fine. I knew it inside but those around me were worried.
At the end of January, I was back up to 105. At the end of February, I asked Unyquity if my boobs would come back too and she giggled and assured me they would. Weeks later, I was at about 110 and could wear a normal bra again. I'm holding steady here, probably about 113, and my bikini looks pretty good for this trip. :)
I went shopping for a few pair of jeans for the trip on my birthday a few days ago. I used to live in jeans and I don't have any that really fit me right now. The 2's that my girlfriend bought me are now a little tight...and I'm proud to say - that backside is back to a size 7 - so we're in there. lol
Fear not - any weight you lose while taking in reduced micro-nutrients is indicative of the storm before the calm. It's ok - it really, really is. If you've been ill for a long time - you have clogged receptor sites all over your body, whether they're in your intestines inhibiting primary absorption of nutrients, in your colon toxifying the quality of water that then go to your kidneys, in your bone marrow from halides and heavy metals that are inhibiting fresh, healthy blood and bone from being made, in your lung tissue from carbon monoxide and smoking and inhibiting excretion of toxic chemicals through your exhale...or the receptor sites on your cellular walls programmed for nutrients and oxygen. Incidentally, if your cellular receptor sites are clogged, very little goes in - or gets out. What does that mean? It means your cells become necrotic. Oxygen and nutrients don't get in - and it's like Sargon and the Lord of The Rings going on in billions of little cells all over your body - you won't make much headway, guys. All the receptor sites all over your body, if clogged, can't repair your body. You will not gain healthful weight, nor will you lose unhealthy weight.
Period.
Giving your body reduced, nutrient-dense, easily digestible and bio-available multi-mineral and vitamin doses through raw juice WHILE cleansing all those clogged receptor sites - will allow all your receptor sites to exhale. They'll exhale that which has been holding them back - and provide room for everything you need to find restoration - without which - you will stay on this most asinine hamster wheel of dis-ease.
Stop eating. Drink juice. Clean your receptor sites - then you will watch your weight go up healthfully, and if you're too heavy - you'll watch your weight go down healthfully. Both being too thin - and being too heavy are still indicative of the same body dynamic. Drink juice, don't eat crap. Get better. Got it? Good.
:)
EDIT AND ADDITION:
The man just read my post and told me I needed to add this.
When I was losing weight more quickly in the first month of IP - I was not drinking enough juice. I wasn't counting, I was complaining that juice was making me nauseous and once I added it up - I was getting 2/3 the juice and not enough potassium broth. Once I started getting enough juice AND making them easier to digest - I got much farther and stopped being nauseous from juice. Making the juices 1/2 apple, cucumber or bok choy and some
Celery - made for high juice yield and then adding the more dense nutrients to supplement it - it made them highly more tolerable. The more nutrient dense was a few leaves of kale, a few carrots, maybe a 1/4 beet (for a whole day at first!!!!) or other nutrient dense veggies. Remember to go slow when first
juicing beets. They'll detox your liver so quickly and it's easy to get a headache. They'll keep well in the fridge. Juice a 1/4 beet for a whole day, apportioned among the jars of juice and work your way up. Making the juices more fluid, more watery, will make your body much happier in the beginning!!!
