You could do a salt water flush...it nicely cleans you out.

Instead of enemas and colonic appointments, I take 6 capsules of Colosan the evening of flush - 6th day, morning of 7th day of flush and afternoon. Then 3 days later another 6 capsules. Alot has come out and my allergies are improving!
