Kidney cleanse side effects???

Hi there,
This is my 2nd day of Andreas Morritz kidney cleanse and I have a headache! Is that a side effect of the cleanse?
Has anyone else experienced headache and fatigue? Is that normal? How did you combat the side effects?

This is a reply to # 1,628,148how long did it last? i just started mine this morning and already had a headache by 4pm. i'm gonna see if some enzymes will help out.
