Thank you. Love the Beatles.
It's good to have another year of mileage lol!
Thanks for all the good wishes sista Teresa! Each year that goes by I realize I'm very blessed with what really matters, love, family, good friends and happiness. Yes, I'd call that prosperity for sure.
Yeah, I know a lot of gals born in the month of May but didn't know there was anyone else on the forum. I'll wait until tomorrow to wish you yours lol.
With love and happiness,
Willow
Thanks Telly I've had a great day so far and I haven't even had any crap yet lol, to eat that is! Yet! :0
Wow, you have a birthday on a PARTY day lol!
Lots of May girls on this forum! Happy late Birthday girlfriend.
Willow
LOL, that was my first thought too Teresa but then it immediately hit me that life only gets better but of course that depends on ones attitude towards age.
Age truly is just a number, just a state of mind really. When you hit the big 50 you'll look back with wonder and realize that if you only knew then what you know at 50 then life would have been so much easier lololol! That is the TRUTH and you'll be so thankful for the mileage you have at 50.
Sure my body gets aches and pains but ya know, I got them from time to time when I was younger too. The key with aging is to keep moving like you're 25, feed that older body live organic food, barefoot, sungaze, love life and live it to it's fullest in every aspect.
About the only thing I DO regret about my younger years is that I so abused my body with TRASH! I've come to know that if we put good things in good things will manifest.
You and Eme and all the younger ones are so blessed to be learning this before you're 'older' lolol!
Young at heart,
Willow
Yeah, that's what I was trying to say too lol. I like being my age and if I would have taken care of my body like I should have I'd probably look 20 years younger too but I'm trying my best now to reverse that as much as possible.
I've been very fortunate in my health throughout my life but now I have the tools/knowledge to assure that it stays that way! The good thing is that you CAN have the health you had when you were 20, or pretty darn close to it! ;)
My parents were young compared to my friends parents and I was young compared to my son's friends parents but as I look back I THINK I look and act even younger than my parents did at my age lol. Maybe that's a generation thing or most likely it's that state of mind thing. Whatever it is I'm LOVIN' it!
HAPPY HAAAAPPPP-PY BIRTHDAY, Willow!!!
Love you, dear. (Sorry I'm a day late)
