Hey people...

I discovered i had Herpes 2 years ago during a very stressful period in my life, the stress etc could have been a contributing factor as to why i was susceptible to the virus..who knows.
Anyway, I am not the type of person to accept that no cure is available and simply take what the Doc tells you to so I did a great deal of research to figure out what may in fact work and what does not.

My Experiences so far...

A small machine called the Lectroject was all over the place as a herpes cure where little electric pulses allow for a cream to be injected into your system...it said 25 days and you all good...or money back..I tried 50 days..its the biggest Quack of them all and unfortunately made in South Africa where I am from..Don't do it.

Homeopathic medicine and Accupuncture..I then went this route, It is not a cure essentially but it was very effective, I got an injection which essentially trains your immune system to deal with the virus, the first one woke it up and the second one squaushed it..I did this along with accupuncture and it worked brilliantly, i am very sold on accupuncture and chinese remedies.

I then heard of Ozone as a possible cure, was told if you do 10 sessions of Ozone injected into blood stream then that should take care of any pathogen including herpes..on my 12th injection I had a bad outbreak..so clearly another money making racket..granted ozone is good for some things but certainly does not kill the Herpes virus.

Went back to get the Homepathic injection and accupuncture and all good

That was all in my first year,

Then I partied it up and lived like i had no issues at all and my diet has never changed to suit the Herpes lifestyle, apart from chocolate and yet nothing really happened, would get a slight tingle and this is where Colloidal Silver would seem to squash it all pretty happily, so by now i was simply drinking Colloidal Silver as a maintaining solution..

Then I got stupid and took drugs a couple of weekends in a row which lead to a very mild outbreak but my body obviously was dealing with what should have been far more severe...this lead me to research what would hopefully cure me once and for all...

Monolaurin was then the next obvious move along with Indole 3 Carbinole (I3C) and also continuing with my Collodal Silver.
This seems to have worked very effectively as I used to also have slight redness on my Glands but that got cleared up completely and again never really changed my diet, slowed down on drinking etc and partying as I started my own company and decided to focus for a change, but over all very impressed with the Monolaurin and what I am doing now....now for most i think an education on the difference between Coconut Oil and Monolaurin is important, I recently thought I would try and add Coconut oil to my diet..so I started making a coconut oil and milk drink..about 50grams a day..I did this for 2 days and guess what..worst outbreak in almost 2 years...which lead me to be a believer in the Arginine vs Lysine issue..coconut is very high in Arginine..so Monolaurin is an extract of cocnut which kills the fatty lipid virus coating..where as coconut is great but for herpes only topically not ingested..

from this outbreak i have now added Lysiene..that was Sunday and today is Wed and with my Monolaurin and Colloidal Silver and Lysine (yesterday)the outbreak has been practically beaten in a couple of days, just need to wait for the bit of redness to go away now..

So that covers my 2 years with Herpes...I hope it will help some of you and I do believe that the Monolaurin, I3C and Colloidal Silver will kill this little bugger..perhaps over a year or so..but we live in hope and as I said I have still barely changed my diet or other habits apart from too much partying and chocoalte..

Herpes seems to be diferent for us all..so good luck..
