First of all, I would almost never opt for surgery and chemo as she plans to do. But if she is determined to do so, then I would highly recommend that she begin at least taking a small amount of oleander to help build her immunity. By small I mean one or two capsules daily. The average capsule/dose of oleander only contains from roughly 1/40th to 1/30th the amount of cardiac glycosides as does a typical dose of digoxi/digitalis. She could alway stop the oleander about a week prior to the surgery and then start again a week or two afterwards.
After the surgery, if I were her I would follow as much of the entire protocol as possible for a couple of months at least and I would take larger amounts of oleander to help insure that what remaining cancer might be there, even at undetectable levels, might be eliminated. I would certainly take it along with the chemo to help offset the side effects of the chemo (though her doctor may advise her against supplementation due to the wrong-minded mainstream approach of trying to "starve out" the cancer - uggg!). After she reaches a point of no cancer being detected, and a minimum of two months after beginning the protocol, she could simply take one capsule daily as a preventive, follow the diet and lifestyle advice, make sure she got plenty of ioding and Vitamin D3 and likely never have cancer return.
One other tip - after her surgery, supplementing with bromelain (a digestive enzyme found in the pineapple plant) will likely help her heal much, much faster.
All the best,
DQ
PS - I like Paw Paw/Graviola, but NOT with oleander.
