Here is my earlier post on dealing with acne:

One other thing I would like to add is that a big mistake people make with acne is to wash their skin too often. The skin normally has a slightly acid pH that keeps it healthy and controls the bacteria that contributes to acne. Washing the skin removes this beneficial acid mantle, and the soap, which is alkaline further alkalinizes the skin further aggravating the acne. Applying a slightly acidic solution to the skin after washing will help restore the skin's natural pH. You can make a simple solution by dissolving a little citric acid in purified water. You can find the citric acid in some health food stores, Indian markets, candy or wine making supply companies, etc.
I belive that acidic solution is good for the rest of the body too, for example to treat the skin rush caused by candida overgrowth. Am i right? The lemon juice is just as good?
Yes, acids are required throughout the body for virtually everything dealing with the human body from tissue production, to detoxification and energy production. Citric acid, also found in lemon juice, is one of those acids required by the body.
thats ~3-5 times per day and that's it, is it still too much?
Yes, that is a lot.
if I wash even less then how about bacteria and old skin cells that stay etc?
Acne is really more of an internal cause than an external cause. Working on getting the hormones under control will do more to solve the problem than topical treatments.
and I dont know about citric acid but I do use lemon juice, I drink it together with teas, and I add it to face masks as well, does that count?
Yes, lemon juice is a source of citric acid.

really? but I do it with plain water only, no soap or anything, anyways then how many times per day would you suggest to wash face? 1-2?

I know, but as I said I'm eating well, have been doing several cleansing procedures as well etc, I guess not too many cleansing procedures compared to other people here but damn I dont have patience of forever, and I feel like I have been and am doing enough, so why arent hormones or thyroid, or whatever the root of problem is, adjusting and becoming healthy already? you see I'm not that interested in whole health thing that much that I could just study and study this until the deepest things, must I really learn about hormones too? If I make my body alkaline, heal liver and boost up thyroid function, eat properly forever shouldnt other organs and things including hormones heal themselves automatically then?

If you are not using soap then it is not as much of a problem The soap is alkalinizing to the skin, which should be slightly acidic. And the soap strips off the natural oils of the skin, which leads to excess secretions to restore the acidity and oil.
You can add a little lemon juice to the water to help cut the oil, control the bacteria and to help maintain the skin's acid mantle all at the same time.

I don't have a clue what you are doing for cleansing. If you are talking about the liver flushes with olive oil and lemon juice these don't work. Bitters will cleanse the liver. B vitamins and zinc are also very important to balance the hormones.

Hormones are the basis of acne.
If I make my body alkaline,
The body maintains its own pH very well. When people try to alkalinize their systems they just end up messing up their stomach acid leading to a host of problems and they make their body work harder trying to get back to a proper pH balance.

Its not quite that simple, but cleansing the liver will do more to balance the hormones than anything, and hormone issues can affect the thyroid.

interesting, I know that lemon despite that it's acidic by taste turns alkaline once in body, so it's different if you apply it on skin? but I am not sure if I should cut much on the oil on my face since it's kind of dry at places where acne are, and yes that makes this shit even more troublesome, anyhow I must continue with lemon because it is said to reduce scars

well I have done 2 liver flushes (would have I known then people do them 50 and more times actually I probably wouldnt even bother about such troublesome procedure, because what I know is that you need 4-8 LF at most for every segment to cleanse itself and that's it, but what I find out now is just wow plus I don't even know if it's worth to do more because even those two didnt work like at all, I just filled myself with oil and lemon and there I was all sick and bloated of it phh), b vitamins oh b vitamins, I just dunno where to get em, I tried to eat bakers yeast, but I dont know if I should so I stopped, and zinc, I dont know that thing. will learn about it later, but I think I should have it since I eat roasted seaweed and greens when possible

that's something new to hear, why do you think alkalizing your body messes it up? from what I know you just cant go wrong with eating alot of alkalyzing foods, the worst could happen would be start losing weight, but since that is good thing I dont know how can it be harmful, afterall isnt alkaline state of body, state where no bad things can affect body even if they enter it and body is fully capable of fighting all problems, diseases by itself?

well that is kind of what I'm talking about, if I bother as much as to cleanse liver, it becomes healthy, and from healthy liver hormones become healthy and from healthy hormones thyroid heals and then other stuff keeps healing itself from because thyroid is healthy, so basically I just must do the liver cleanse right? plus don't forget I'd continue eat healthy and all, so what's the problem why I need to do more? I'm just starting to think my problem right now is why the heck they dont work with me, those liver flushes?
btw my face also has this greyish kinda dead look and blue really noticable veins under eyes, I still havent found out wtf is that, anemia, disbacteriosis, lacking something, maybe just in case you have an idea?
and if that means something (well I guess it is) I'm vegetarian and yesterday I found out about blood type diet, which btw totally pissed me off because turns out my blood type is somekind of oldest blood type from ancestors meat hunters blah blah and my best food is meat and fish but stuff I love to eat the most to compensate lack of stuff that's in meat (legumes, lentils) turns out to be forbidden, I just cant believe it, I'm a new age kid and having some stupid monkey blood? cant eat even what was the healthiest for me as a vegetarian, I seriously start to think about stop eating since everything is forbidden and has unneeded effects on you and turn myself into sunlight absorber or breatharian or whatever they are called! because..just damn
