well after long thought I have decided not to get the MRI and take my chances with my neck..
I am gonna get the teeter inversion table and take my chances
I feel with continued cleansing and healing that my body will recover from this .. just the past week being on the IF#1 and 2 has left me feeling more calm and rational and in a much better mood ..and has also helped with my neck and shoulder pain/issues
of course it may take me a while I am optimistic of the outcome more so than if I chose to go the medical route due to the harm those tests can do to my kidneys and lord knows what else
thanks for posting that info Water ! it just helped me make up my mind

I am so glad that I posted the info when I did---good timing... and VERY happy that you have decided against having an MRI!
One thing that is sometimes not realized OR forgotten. In natural healing MOST times we don't feel or see immediate 'results' when we are following a protocol or when we 'take' an herb or do a cleanse. The body needs time to cleanse, repair and restore. BUT... be assured that every time we make a 'healthier' choice, our body thanks us and gets busy using it to heal and strengthen. When it doesn't have yet more harmful substances to further block and destroy it can take a step forward.
It may be weeks or months before you can realize all the good that is being done 'within'. One day you will wake up in the morning and say to yourself... WOW! I really am getting it done! You will know that the decision not to have that MRI or other medical procedure was a very good thing.
Just a thought from my personal experience:
Do some work on your neck using massage, reflexology and pressure points, any bodywork. Release the muscles and remove the blockage---you will heal. Where there is blockage, the body can't heal.
When you are on the computer or watching tv or reading a book or waiting in traffic... massage the neck. Soon you will develop a 'new habit' and not think twice about it.

yes it was good timing ... I was gonna have that MRI this week
I dont like subjecting my body to tests like those anyways cause you never know the underlying dangers not yet known
but at the time felt like it was my only option to find out what is going on ..but I know that tests like those were not available many years ago either and people had to rely on natural healing methods more so then than now cause that was all that they had and were probably way more in tune with their bodies also. way too many people(including me) just keeping going and ignore the signals their body is giving them until they are seemingly blindsided by some disease and then wonder why ?
the truth hurts sometimes but it can also set you free once you come to a realization
I am gonna order the teeter inversion table real soon cause I know it will help me a lot and take pressure off my achey back and neck , I do the hot/cold therapy now and rub some bio-freeze on there for pain right now
and of course the IF#1 and #2 which I wanna do full force while juice fasting ..and castor oil packs which I already do as well as CE's daily or at least 2-3 x a week right now.

Wow, if I'm remembering correctly didn't you just have an MRI about a month ago when you were in Florida because they were so much cheaper there? I can't tell you how happy I am you have decided against having another one, one is bad enough but to have another one within only one month would be way dangerous!
Yep, here is what you posted that you found out was wrong with you when you had that MRI.
i found out I have desiccation and bulging in both L4-5
and L5-S1 disks with the remaining lumbar spine having a normal appearance ...
thats where my pain is coming from ! its basically a dry disks ! no fluid where there should be fluid and it basically wearing out my disksYou're right, back in time they didn't have such a thing as an MRI, my God, what did those people do lolol? I'm joking of course, I'm just so glad you figured that out Anne because now the healing can begin! ;)
And YES, the TRUTH WILL always set you FREE!!!!!!!!
When you get that Teeter inversion table you'll start getting some relief but don't get discouraged if it takes you some time to get used to it. I didn't have any trouble, it just feels weird at first but it is so relaxing once you get it set for your body. Be sure and not tense up because of fear because it won't do you any good at all if you do that. There is absolutely nothing to be afraid of when you're hanging. I was suposed to have one done on my neck cause of all the problems I have been having with it ..and I am afraid its way too soon . I really hate having any tests at all done unles absolutely necessary ..the other one was for my back .but guess I will save that $320 and put it towards the teeter this month ..so YAY! gotta get the ok from hubby and then off the order I go ..we have had so many expenses this month but hoping to get er ordered real soon ..
it will be a challenge for me to hang upside down though..I am gonna have to start out slow haha.. that way I can used to it

ps.. done a Coffee-Enema this morning without doing castor oil pack last night and I heard nothing with stethescope ...so that pack is vital to get stuff moving around for sure ..gonna put it on tonight and try again in the morning- couple more things.. Anne_33

will the Bentonite and charcoal in the IF#2 help draw out anything bad I may have gotten from the MRI ??
I have also had 2 Ct scans and a hidascan with dye and a stress test with the dye in my previous years and of course multiple X-rays in my lifetime ..
would really like to know that IF#2 will take care of all that excess medical induced posion along with cleansing ..ugh!
I am starting to retain more water little by little and have put on about 10 pounds this past month alone ..truth be known I probably got about 30 pounds of water on me right now
I know my body is holding onto it for a reason and it cant be a good one (toxins maybe)..LOL .but this is really getting to me
I use Sea Salt and drink lots of water ..at least 64oz a day .I carry my big water mug with me everywhere ..people laugh at me all the time but oh well ..I gotta have it .celery juice helps some ..just a dose of cay/ech/garlic used to help me but not anymore ..guess my body is used to it huh?
sometimes I wonder if I am drinking too much water cause my sodium was always low when I had it checked ..I always heard that the more water ya drink the more salt you can have ..is that true?
time to go and play a softball game ..sure hope I do well and we win of course

I figured that they could have looked at your neck and your back at the same time while you're in that body tube lol, but what do I know since I've never had any tests. ;)
Yes, it would be much better for you to spend that $320 on something that will help you heal rather than spend it for something that is going to be really dangerous for you! I looked today and the Teeter is $299 with free shipping so you'll have some money left over!

yep well thats where they get you ..they will only do one section of the body at a time for that price... maybe thats why they call it an open MRI cause its smaller and its not a tunnel per say.. or at least not a long one ..I cant stand being in that darned tunnel or in confined spaces anyways
as for the teeter thats really a great deal compared to going to the chiro 3x a week at 75 a pop..for back and neck!
so I will gladly pay a one time 300 rather than lord knows what always ending up back at the chiro.. right ? makes sense to me LOL
