In the instance of cancer, the recommended dose depends upon the stage and aggressiveness of the cancer. Success can be very much dose dependent, especially with later stage, more difficult and/or more aggressive cancers.
The minimum therapeutic dose is one capsule twice daily, which would be the suggested dose for a stage 1 or early stage 2 cancer that was not a rapidly growing cancer. For late stage 3, stage 4 and/or aggressive cancers the maximum therapeutic dose of up to 8 capsules a day could be required. Personally, if I had cancer I would start with one or two capsules a day and work myself up to 4 or more per day at least, and more if the situation called for it.
All the best,
Tony
Two capsules for a month or so might be a good idea. Then you could either cut back to a single capsule or perhaps one capsule every other day ore continue with two a day if you are happy with your results.
As a sidenote, since some cancers can take up to eight years to grow to a detectable size and since we all have cancer cells circulating in our blood, a couple of times a year I do two capsules a day for a month along with inositol/IP6 and other items to help knock out any cancer that might be there but not detected or else trying to gain a foothold. I also do liver cleanses now and again to make sure the liver is healthy and protected and the bile ducts are open and flowing. Normally it is our natural immune system which prevents cancer from gaining a foothold and it a strong natural immune system that will utlimately be needed to defeat cancer and keep it at bay. Cancer usually only occurs in the presence of a compromised immune system and compromised liver.
Don't forget to take plenty of digestive enzymes to help knock out those fibroids - and make sure you include serrapeptase in the mix of enzymes.
Use Enzymes for Fibrosis, Scars, Keloids, Lung Disease and Cancer
All the best,

I am not aware of the OPC having any effects on a woman's period and have not seen any other reports to that effect. Now, I have seen several reports of increased libido in males. Have you noticed any increase in the growth and thickness of your hair and nails? I have noticed that and there have been reports of oleander helping with thinning hair - at least among men.
All the best,
Tony
