Just placed order from Andreas' site, however want to download from 1stbooks.com to get me going until I recieve the book. Did search for it & it was not found. Any info on how to find & download the $7 or $8 book? I am so ready to get started on this liver cleanse to get healthy & rid myself of severe allergies & sinus problems.
