I'm so grateful to all of you on this forum. This week has been one of my worst ever, I think (5 months post). Everything I've ever felt has come back at the same time with a vengeance. Usually symptoms cycle around without appearing simultaneously. I feel like I'm in full attack. I was back in bed yesterday for much of the day. But normally my troubles start around day 14 as well, and then last for 2-3 weeks.

Here's my main reason for this post: I've never had trouble with twitches before, but I am suddenly as of this week. Mrsbranbran, you mentioned twitches in this post. Where do you have the twitches (if I may ask!)? How about the rest of you who have had twitches? Any facial twitches?

For me, they're on the right side of my face in a couple particular spots: my upper lip (the right side) and below my right eye. They're little twitches - when I look in the mirror, I can see them, but they feel more pronounced than they look. They're not like major tics or anything. But so annoying. They stop if I move or rub the muscles, but then start within a couple minutes after the muscles are relaxed. Like I said, this is a new symptom for me.
