Thinking that, because of the timing, that there may be a connection between Christopher Story's article written January 6, 2010 on the take down of "Operation Stillpoint" (http://www.worldreports.org/news/257_operation_stillpoint_to_destroy_america_...), which offers explanation as to why Obama suspended habeas corpus and allowed INTERPOL diplomatic immunitiy in this country with Executive Order 13524, and the urgency for the 'Guardian Elders' to get the letters in the hands of the 50 govenors, I have come to find that Chistopher Story opines that the Restore America Plan is "baloney" based seemly on the consequential action of one Govenor of Pennsylvania (http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/forum.cgi?read=170022). The Christopher Story excerpt can be viewed below. 

The biggest thing that may be working for or against the Guardians for the free Republics is perhaps their own past track record, as several have been part of the tax protester/Redemption movements. Whether any of them have ever actually been involved in what has been criticized as the "Patriots for Profit" shenanegans has yet to be determined. Below is part of a posted letter critical of Sam (and other guardians) from another couple of Constitutionalists who had met Sam Kennedy on a previous occasion. The behaviour of Governor Edward G. Conspicuous by his absence was the US Attorney General, Eric Holder: which tells you that the meeting was not about how to tackle Mexico's drug problem. Meanwhile Barack Obama surfaced in Afghanistan. One does not need a first class degree In logic to deduce what has been going on.

This has nothing to do with (b), which is a separate matter and may or may not follow through. The behaviour of Pennsylvania Governor Rendell described in this and recent reports in this series confirms that, contrary to baseless speculation, there is no change of criminal behaviour, which in turn indicates that the miraculous 'Return to the Constitution' is NOT happening (as yet), for the simple reason that in order to comply with the Constitution it is necessary to comply with the Rule of Law, which Rendell (in the pertinent case cited) is NOT doing.

That is ALL we said, and the deduction that we have 'missed what is happening' accompanied by the usual gratuitous, self-satisfied rudeness about 1776 is both uncalled for and the precise opposite of the truth if what we have been saying is understood.
