My right shoulder went frozen with pain and nerve spasms that caused me not to sleep well due to piercing pain shooting with each attempt to get comfortable.
This went on for almost a year before it got better and I could not move my arm. Now a year later the other shoulder is doing it.
I think it is due to extreme stress as it happened when my father died. The doctor gave me strong NSAIDS pain relievers and thats it. I am taking them and it masks the pain so it has not frozen yet the issue stays.
I was told this primarily happens to women over forty and they don't know why it does.
Once the shoulder gets better it never re-occurs on the same shoulder. Its just awful to contend with.
