MoreThis is a reply to # 15,997It could be true. I think I have Candida. I thought coconut will cure it. But I got bad cramps and diarrhea after consuming it. I had to stop it right away.

This is a reply to # 16,015it sounds like a die off effect which would mean it was killing the candida, enemas would help with die off ! :)
Sometimes these reaction are a good sign that things are happening !
