I was so fascinated by this man who is currently 108 years old. The video was posted in the ask curezone forum.
He said he goes walking every morning for 1 1/2 miles when he first wakes up.
Then he has either a cup of sasafras tea (very good) or a cup of cinnamon tea. He read where cinnamon prevented diabetes and many of his friends has diabetes.
He has a bowl of fruit mainly cantaloupe and blue berries. He has blue berries every single day. The juice of one orange and some green food from Dr. Schultz and two slices of whole wheat bread.
He has fresh fish (salmon and occasionally flounder) 3 times a week or he may have some tuna on his salad or some sardines in oil (yuk). He has no snacks at all and eats mainly fresh veggies and fruits.
He eats no meat at all except once a year he has some lamb because it was served at the last supper. He follows what his father told him who lived to be 98. His teachings are all religious based.
I have started his plan and want to see how it changes my life. Do you want to join in?
