It sounds like a combination of a hiatal hernia and acid reflux. Here is a post explaining the acid reflux:

There are some chiropractors that are trained in dealing with hiatal hernias. So I recommend calling around and seeing if you can find one that knows how to push it back in.
Eating smaller meals will also help as well as correcting the stomach acid deficiency that leads to the bloating putting more pressure on the stomach.
Great, I will check to see if this is this case, but does this condition cause heart palpitations as well? Also, I am having pain in upper back area as well, someone told me that it could be a sign of a heart attack, is that true? I know my cholesterol is high, I easily get winded when I walk, but the heart palpitions really are starting too worry me..thanks again..
Have you been checked for anemia? If you are severely anemic this can account for the heart palpitations due to lack of oxygen going to the heart, and the getting winded easily. I did a detailed write up on heart palpitations here:

Acid reflux can also adversely affect the lungs, which also reduces oxygen intake.
The most common areas for heart attack pain are the chest, under the chin and the left arm. But many things can mimic a heart attack including acid reflux, lung issues such as clots, and gallbladder attacks.
