I assume you mean aerobic oxygen and not anaerobic oxygen? Anaerobic means without oxygen.
But I don't bother with these types of products. The amount of oxygen you get from these types of products is less than you can get with a deep breath.
There is a lot of sales hype when it comes to many oxygen products. One bottled water for example was touting saturated with oxygen. Problem with this is that the level of oxygen in water is largely dependent on temperature. Colder waters can saturate more oxygen than warm waters. This is why cold water trout cannot survive in warmer waters. They suffocate in the warmer water. Therefore if the water in the bottle warms up it will lose any oxygen added to it.
