Takes off a huge load of having to think what to run next - as you mentioned, one can then really concentrate on other supportive stuff like detoxing and meditating, exercising etc.
YES - I already start thinking of exercising!! A huge difference for me, even a few weeks ago or actually few days ago I felt like not able even to move

This is a reply to # 1,592,765not sure which of the changes is responsible, but I had a fair amount of spasms and churning in the right side of the gut this morning.
also, curious, will this wart virus affect plantar warts? I tried frqs in cafl for this with no luck. used some sort of powder to burn a bunch off my foot last month. still have one on my hand.

well the gut issues were early this morning, like 4 or 5 hours ago. something else I noticed, which might have been too early to attribute to the changes ( which I added last night after dinner central time), by bed time, i had some plastic like grime coating my skin that had to be scrubbed off. not very pleasant.

This is a reply to # 1,592,776Plantar's Wart's, are a strain of the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Newport has a frequency for all strains in one of his Ascaris scripts..I'll find which one it is.
There are alot of different strains for HPV..not just the one that causes the genital warts, and cervical cancer.

This is a reply to # 1,592,794I did before when I was dowsing through the DNA list for frequencies, because of my son having to have them burned off of his foot in the past. That was painful for him!
I'm asking Charlene to verify if this is right, but it's HPV 16. Try it.

HPV-16 may contain a frq close to what works for the symptom, sort of like the CAFL where mostly symptoms are dealt with.
Are Warts, including Plantar Warts created due to an HPVirus?
They may at one point contain HPV but that isn't the cause.

I dowsed that after I got a meninges sensation while running it. Right after a bunch of Toxo came to light hidden behind the immune suppression power of the Virus.
