Go to SuprememasterTV.com and you can read an interview with a Spontaneous Qigong practitioner who is breatharian and he will explain all the stages you go through and exactly how to do it.
I practice Empty Force Qigong. I will be learning the Five Animal Frolics forms then practicing Spontaneous Qigong. When one practices specific Qigong forms, you direct the Chi or life force with your mind. With Spontaneous Qigong one performs a series of moves without thinking about it and letting the body choose its next move. This causes the Chi which is all intelligent and self directing, if you don't impose your free will on it, to go to the appropriate places in the body for healing or regeneration or any metabolic processes.
Here is a link to an article which explains the physiological effects of Qigong

Before all you naysayers chime in, Qigong has been practiced for over 4700 years and its the world's oldest known self healthcare system which is currently a part of modern chinese medicine in hospitals.
Qigong suppresses the Sympathetic Nervous System through consciously relaxing the body during Qigong practice. This allows the Parasympathetic Nervous System to utilize its healing and regenerative functions on the body. Both hemispheres of the brain are working together during this process (yes I am talking about whole brain functioning).
During cellular respiration, the byproducts are ATP (chemical energy) + water + glucose. The breathing pushes the water into the lymphatic system near the diaphragm to help pump toxins out of the body. The body utilizes the ATP and glucose for functioning. The water is needed for detox functions only.
Qigong practitioners are known for feats of extraordinary strength and endurance. When the body is fully detoxified and the energy of digestion no longer needs to be utilized, imagine this with greater periods of whole brain functioning. One can see how much greater and more free one's life can become.
I use Neuroreflex stimulation techniques to amplify my sensitivity to Chi. It helps to thicken the nerve fibers so they can hold more chi without overworking the body's nervous systems.
During a Chinese University study (Yang), A Qigong master externalized his energy and it produced ribosomes and liposomes.
Jerico Sunfire is a well known fitness trainer/breatharian...google search him.
Typically when I take a deep breath I feel energy drawing in from my feet and head area then radiating out through my nervous system. The energy to me is quite tangible and you gain interesting abilities as a side benefit.
As a further amplification, I practice the Flower of Life Merkaba Visualizations. Where the love flows the chi flows. You can't gain extraordinary amounts of Chi without loving. Love is the "praying without ceasing" in christian teachings.
I am not breatharian but years ago I did go 10 days living on energy, and I only started eating again at the request of my friends. The first 7 days are hell because your human mind is trying to force you to eat and there is some body discomfort and low energy but after that its very blissful. Belief that you can exist on Life Energy alone will help. If you practice Qigong, you can feel the Chi almost immediately, and it makes the process much more believeable.
When you can create an extremely strong personal Electromagnetic Field (EMF) aligned with the Earth's EMF, it can repel the effects of disease and radiation. This will be needed in another 2.5 years when the typical 11 year solar activity happens and the effects from Solar Wind seep through the South Atlantic Anomaly. I believe that Breatharians will be able to survive the radiation and lack of food and a 200 year regression in technology (when the electrical power grids shut down and governments go into underground shelters.) This is coming soon. So be prepared!
