Do I really need to use HCL to sterilize the olive oil? Is this really hydrocloric acid? I don't like the idea of that!
And what about ORNITHINE? Is this L-Ornithine? I am not familiar with either but found a bit on the latter. Do I need this and what is it really? I see it sold all over the web but didn't see a good info (non-commercial) site.
As for Black-Walnut Ticnture, this sounds okay although I have never used it before. How much do I put in?

Orthinine is L-Orthinine. I found it at Whole Foods. I don't know that you NEED it. I took it and it seemed to help me sleep (I am a bit of an insomniac generally). But since that is all it is supposed to help with, I'm sure you can do without.
I did not use the Black-Walnut tincture on my liver flush.
