This may sound stupid, but I may as well ask what people think.
I wanted to know what people thought about using hydrogen peroxide in steam inhalation, i.e. adding boiling water into a bowl, with an appropriate dilution of H2O2, and breathing in the vapors?
I've searched the net for this, and only found information on vaporisors and the nasal spray method (which I don't possess). Since I do steam inhalation with essential oils like eucalyptus, it seemed logical that you might be able to do this with H2O2. I wasn't sure if there was something obviously wrong with the idea that no one else seems to have done it.
The reason I want to is that I believe that my sinus problems, nasal congestion, and perfume sensitivity relate to fungal growth. I have to comment that using the Medisana 'Medinose Plus' has seriously helped to reduce my perfume sensitivity, which I can't express what a huge relief that is.
