If you have hypothyroidism then I would focus on the thyroid first since hypothyroidism can cause memory problems.
Women are more prone to this since elevated estrogen suppressed thyroid function, especially after menopause.
If it is not thyroid or hormone related then I also have a formula for memory that is not on my website. The primary ingredient is periwinkle, which is the most effective herb I have found for memory. Periwinkle increases blood flow to the brain faster and more effectively than any other herb there is. In fact it kicks in after about 20 minutes as where the better known ginkgo biloba takes two weeks to start taking effect. In addition periwinkle significantly increases both oxygen and glucose utilization by the brain elevating ATP levels. ATP is the fuel that runs our cells and helps them to run properly.
Lecithin granules are also great for the memory due to the number of phospholipids in it and due to its ability to increase acetylcholine.
Also has a blog: http://medreview.wordpress.com
which in no longer updated, right HV?
Correct. I barely have time to keep up with the health and meteorite boards I read and post on. So I figured if I have any spare time to write I need to focus on books including the one I have been working on for several years now.
LOL!!! So someone makes a living and you think this is wrong? I have spent how much time helping people out with their problems both here and on my message board without making a cent from my time and recommending a lot of things that I don't even sell and you find fault with this?
This is why I never mentioned my website before. Because there are too many nut cases out there like Justin who have embarrasses themselves so many times with their incorrect statements and blatant attacks that they have to hide behind an identification number when going on the attack. Reminds me of the cowards who tag people's walls in the middle of the night and in hidden areas because they know what they are doing is wring so they have to hide in the shadows as they try and disrupt society and to go out of their way to harm innocent individuals.
I snooped H before he started his forum and was recommending people to it when I realized he had a commercial site and never once mentioned it, nor tried to sell anyone anything. I even remember him being secretive about his identity precisely because of nuts like the above.
I don`t think there is a potion for that kind of idiocy.
That was a stupid thing to say. Do you DONATE your time to help people?
Common sense and all the science I've learned and researched tell me this man knows what he's talking about. He could be doing a million other things but he's in here helping ME and YOU. Have you read the posts here? Do you understand how the body works, chemistry or herbs?
Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.
What good do you have to add to this forum? You don't even have a name. You're not worth my time.
Hi Gina,
Have milk and water Kefir filling up my kitchen! Making and using organic ACV and lecithin also. Thanks!
Wait wait wait! Where are the eggs ?
The salmonella thing seems to have her thinking differently. So she is using lecithin granules instead.
Lecithin, evening primrose oil and some other EFA sources can alter hormone levels in a very small percent of the population. This can definitely affect mood.
For the people who have no problems with lecithin though, which is the majority of people, lecithin is great stuff. It helps with building up the brain, myelin, acetylcholine, and it helps the liver and provides flexibility to cells as well as regulating transport across cell membranes. Lecithin is also the component of bile that makes bile a fat emulsifier, it lowers cholesterol and helps to remove arterial plaque.
