64643 just a quick question, have you ever done intense abdominal training? if so did you notice any particular pains or difficulties? bad posture can be caused by weak, underdeveloped abdominals, your abs support your entire body and when you slouch its usually from weak abs. ive had some really bad pains when i worked my abs too hard and was spitting up blood because of it, my ab workout had really irritated some kind of problem i already had going inside me.
uklad, i know your a personal trainer, do you notice any difficulties or abnormal pains when working your abdominals?
anyone else have CONSTRUCTIVE input or thoughts?
