Love to read. Just have not spent much time bothering to read about "magic mushrooms" - it is kind of an off-the beaten-path subject for those not into ingesting them, I would assume. And candida books likely won't mention it either, except to say something generic like, "no illicit drugs allowed when treating candida". I don't recall coming into contact with any blurbs on mushrooms in candida books, other than the general principle which Jhan has mentioned, which is that they are not a good food source when trying to control a fungus. Also, I have heard from a friend who tried them when she was full of candida, and they created a HUGE 8-hour long anxiety attack in her.
