Hi!
I saw a post in which you said that flushing helped you get rid of Acne and chronic constipation, two things that I am plagued by!
I have done 4 flushes and the Acne has gotten a bit better. I wonder how many flushes you did before you saw significant results with the Acne and constipation. Mind sharing?

This is a reply to # 157,149I had done fasts, detoxes, etc....for many years, but never could get a handle on my Acne until I started doing some deep colon cleansing and flushing my liver. It was after my 8th flush and second colonic that I got a handle on my skin.
Also, I have passed some 12 inch white worms (don't know if they were Tapeworms or what) recently. I have passed 4 huge, long, worms in the past year or so, and I'm sure they didn't help!

I have read that website some, yes. I have also been doing fasts and cleanses (as well as many colonics!) for a couple of years now and finally jumped into liver cleanses.
I haven't passed any worms that I have seen, though I did pass *lots* of mucoid plaque when I did the Ejuva cleanse last Spring. I look forward to the benefits that several more flushes will bring.
Have you noticed sensitivities to food change after doing all of those Liver Flushes (assuming you had them in the first place)?

MoreThis is a reply to # 157,180Really bad.....could barely function in a craft store around plastic flowers; eyes would burn and water, I would feel nauseous also...especially around cigarette smoke and gas fumes. Being in a car with the vent system open, I would have to shut it immediately if we were behind a car emitting fumes. It was TERRIBLE. The food sensitivies improved a lot!

This is a reply to # 157,219my body was completely shutting down 16 months ago. Now, I'm 100% better. Everything I ate made me exhausted, and my thyroid gland would swell, and I was breaking out like crazy. My body was going bonkers.
No wonder....on my 8th flush, I got a stone out the size of a whole walnut shell, 2 more almost that size, and hundreds of stones the size of chickpeas. Once I hit the motherload, that was it!
Of course I removed my mercury Amalgams and did a heavy metal detox also. I think it's been a combination of EVERYTHING I've done in the past year or so.- Re: I was reacting to EVERYTHING I a... shawna

Wow, that's amazing! Did you find any particular preparations were more effective than others for the flush? For my first four, I was drinking a tea full of good liver herbs. This time I am prepping instead with 2 tbsp of lecithin a day and 1500mg of malic acid. Wow. By day three of this prep I was going through quite a healing crisis and was very nauseous!
I was just curious what you found to be most effective for prepping. Also, for my first four, I would get my colonic two days after the flush, whereas this time I am getting it the day after I do the flush (and drink the OO/GF).
