My younger diabetic sister wants a kidney and now my mom needs one too.
I feel like there are vultures hanging over me, and they are my irresponsible family members with mismanaged diabetes that hope other people will bail them out by given them a kidney.
To make matters worse I feel upset that I feel so defensive!
I resent that I keep being put in this situation of telling my various loved ones that "no! you can't have my kidney!"
Any support groups for family members of actively irresponsible diabetics?

This is a reply to # 1,570,767Tell them to learn about healing. A good place to start is the raw for thirty days video where people with both type 1 and 2 diabetes reversed the problem.
Given the right conditions the body can and will heal itself.
If they watch that and maybe talk to people who have done it, they may take the seed and run with it. All you can really do is plant that seed.
