I've got the Kidney Cleanse and it consists of the Kidney/Bladder Tea and the Kidney Tincture.  I think that Schulze called the Kidney Tincture, Kidney Tonic.

Since I didn't get the other things you have with my Kidney Cleanse package I'm thinking that you've got both of those things for something else on the IP.  Or maybe Uny customized the IP for you and wanted you to alternate the two, don't know.  I'm sure Uny will pop in and let ya know. ;)

You've got a 10 day kidney cleanse (enough for two 5 day cleanses, or you can do a 10 day cleanse).  Typically, when doing a 30 day round of the IP, folks opt for 5 days on the liver (then a liver flush); 1 day off; one 5-day kidney cleanse, 2 days off; back to the liver - repeat (or adjust, as needed/desired)

The Herbal Calcium tincture is a plant-based form of calcium that Dr. Christopher required IPers to take every day (you can take it, or not, anytime you want)

The Bad Calcium/Kidney Stone flush is something I added to the full IP.  It's not necessarily just for kidney stones, but for build-up of rock-based calcium throughout our body (particularly the arteries, where much of the rock-based calcium ends up, causing arterial plaque...it also causes a LOT of general "stiffening" of the soft tissue throughout our bodies).  Actually, we've switched it from the powdered herbs to the cut roots (easier to use/prepare).  So whenever (before) you're ready to use it, send it back, and we'll send you the "root version" :)

I think it makes most sense to do this on days 2, 3, & 4 of any 5 day kidney cleanse (that way your kidneys will have all the assistance they need to get the calcium that's been dislodged from throughout the body, out of you (and out of "them")
