Hi there
I am really keen to do a liver/gallbladder flush, and have a book by
Andreas Moritz giving details of how to do it. However, he talks very liberally about enemas and colonics, which I do not wish to do. At the end of the instructions for the flush, he stresses the importance of a
colonic irrigation within 2-3 days of the flush, as it is probable that dislodged stones will be caught in the colon and will need to be flushed out to avoid going toxic and causing more problems than you started out with.
Is there an alternative to this? I would really like to do the flush, but my reluctance to shove water into myself from the wrong end is greater...
