1st liver flush a bit of a failure

I have just completed my first ever liver flush. It went okay except for a bit of nausea and feeling a little crappy today. But as I went through the process, I was surprised - and disappointed - to find that there were no stones. There were about ten teeny tiny spherical objects that might have been stones, but seriously, they were nothing like peas, but like a grain of couscous each.
My partner did a Liver Flush last year and got 200 stones out first time.
So why did I get nothing? It can't possibly mean my liver is clear, can it?

I did The Master Cleanse in January last year and got several stones out then, so maybe that offset the number I got yesterday. That's my only other theory.

Sometimes the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form into round stones. They appear as a ³chaff² floating on top of the toilet bowl water. It may be tan colored, harboring millions of tiny white crystals. Cleansing this chaff is just as important as purging stones.

This is a reply to # 1,563,838Yes, I completed my first Liver Flush today with the same exact results. I panicked a bit after I drank the olive oil/grapefruit juice because of the feeling it gave me. I chugged down some water SO maybe that was the reason for my results. I did see a couple of green and brown things but mostly white like you explained.

This is a reply to # 1,569,607Still, it's something. I think as you do more and more, the experience generates better results. I plan to do it every four weeks until nothing more comes out. The trick is doing it between a full moon and a new moon. I didn't the first time. I did it on the actual full moon day. Bad idea.
