Just wanted to mention something that helped my son's eczema.
I went to a local dermotologist who really looks outside the box for what's ailing you. She actually drew 8-9 vials of blood from me the first time I saw her.
Anyway, my son had this rash below his lower lip that was round, raised and scaly looking. He also had some on his penis and on his belly near his penis.
Now, I'm a diabetic with yeast problems, so I know it wasn't yeast.
She looked at it and told me to buy the Corizone 10 ointment, not cream and not off brand, and she went into what's wrong with using creams/lotions over ointment. She told me to give him a bath and while his skin was still a little wet, put the ointment on and it would lock in some moisture.
I tried the ointment and it started to go away, and I stopped just because I could remember to do it. And, it would come back because I never really got rid of it. So, I just put a lot more effort into being consistent with the ointment and both rashes went away.
I tried inserting a pic, but it wouldn't work, so here's a link to what I used.

Hope this helps someone.
