I had the metrametrix test and I had like no beneficial ecoli. I took mutaflor one a day. The thing is a fortune, like $2 a pill. $200 for a pack. Anyway, I did another test 3-4 months later (Dr. Data) and I had beneficial ecoli at satisfactory levels. Just no bifo still.

I’ve read kefir is the best and I have noticed it as well for other strains.

I also take Dr. Ohira’s and cheap ones.

I second Dr ohhira, its the only probiotic that really made a difference for me. There was also a Japanese milk based drink which made a big difference but I don't think its available outside of Japan and I don't know the name :(

These look interesting. The Japanese are leaders in many areas of the biosciences. Shroom
