I did my first
Liver Flush one week ago. On the first day, I got the small pea sized green "stones" that were soft, and someone told me they were probably 'cholesterol stones.'
The rest of the week I felt - okish. I did feel like I had "thrown my mid back out" around Thursday or Friday of this week, and wondered if that were my liver. Yesterday, I took a longish bike ride (I had been recovering from a bike accident and yesterday was my first ride in six weeks). I had to stop several times during the ride because my LOWER back was hurting! I began to think I was getting a kidney infection (again-- I did a
kidney cleanse with my nutritionist's recipe, similar to one i foudn here, back in September)
Then this morning i noticed what appeared to be a couple dozen larger, marble sized stones, plus a couple that were nearly the size of ping pong balls!! I cut one open and it had what looked like tiny, squarish white crystals inside, but it wasn't really hard (although it was much harder than the stool that also came out).
I have been drinking warm water and lemon juice each morning with cayenne. I am not doing the "master clease" but just drink that once in a while for good health, ever since i read about it in Fat Flush book (louise gettleson). I decided to drink it all week as aftercare for the liver flush.
Is it normal to still be flushing large stones a week later, even though i have not done the OO/lemon concoction, and never did use the
Epsom Salts ?
Many thanks, sorry for the long post but i was so shocked this morning!
OH - PS - I did try to do a one day
Water Fast yesterday, but only made it to 8 pm, when i ate a grapefrut, followed an hour later by peanut butter sandwich and a bit of ice cream - i know, bad! Would this contribute to forcing out stones?
